Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellations must be made no less than ninety (90) days prior to the date of the scheduled occasion. In the event that such cancellations are made within ninety (90) days of the scheduled occasion, and Scheduling Party shall owe the balance due within ten (10) days of the notice of cancellation. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. This 90 day period allows us a fair and reasonable time period to possibly gain back a booking for the date, as we will have turned away other potential customers while holding your reservation.

In the event that an occasion must be rescheduled due to rain or other inclement weather, any such rescheduling shall be at the discretion of Indiana DJ Service and must be re-contracted, however, full payment shall remain due on the original date of the occasion. Indiana DJ Service agrees that it will cooperate with respect to such rescheduling subject, however, to our availability.
